Market Place from Cavanna Homes is a new community of 19 three and four-bedroom, energy-efficient family homes.

“Keeping in mind the immediate surroundings, we used a grey/green khaki colour on the walls to combine the beauty of the outside but bring a coolness to suit a modern interior. The tan Skandi sofas and darker woods in the furniture bring a richness to the room which is striking, warming and welcoming.”

Kitchen/dining room

The open plan kitchen/ dining area is at the heart of the home and is a light and spacious room for homeowners to enjoy. There is a stylish breakfast bar for casual dining and a great spot for entertaining guests.

“We wanted the kitchen to have a modern feel to appeal to younger families. The gloss grey door finish teamed with the black hardware gives an instant contemporary feel.”

Master bedroom

The master bedroom continues the soft green colour palette of the rest of the house which creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite bathroom.

“In terms of the design, we wanted impact as soon as you opened the door and the wallpaper from Prestigious Textiles has definitely achieved this! With its bold palm tree pattern, the wallpaper highlights the bright and breezy ambience of the home.”

Guest bedroom

Friends and family will love the guest bedroom in the Raglan.

“In this room, we wanted to show how effective simplicity can be in an interior. The stone green feature wall framing the oversized velvet ivory headboard brings sophistication to the room. A tiny pop of rust in the scatter cushions completes the look for the very special guests you have staying.”

Children’s bedroom
