delivering on its robust sustainability agenda. The housebuilder is keen to stress
the difference between net zero and carbon neutral, as carbon neutral can be achieved by offsetting carbon emissions elsewhere, as opposed to net zero ‘reducing emissions to their lowest amount through energy efficient measures’.
