Stamp Duty Holiday At Luxury Whetstone Development

Real estate development company Yellow Brick Estates have announced a Stamp Duty holiday on the last remaining units at its flagship Whetstone Square development.

The Stamp Duty holiday will offer purchasers a saving of up to £50,750 on select units. The remaining apartments at Whetstone Square start from £740,000, with three-bedroom ‘penthouse’ units starting from £1.07million. The Stamp Duty holiday is running for a limited period and is providing purchasers with a sizeable saving on their purchase.

Whetstone Square comprises a total of 46 one-and two-bedroom apartments and 10 four-bedroom townhouses. However, due to sales success at the development, all the townhouses have now sold and 19 apartments remain available to purchase.
