WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Weston Homes is offering £5,000 to buyers who reserve a home at its Abbey Quay development this month. The contribution can be put towards moving costs and legal fees.

Abbey Quay is located in Barking, overlooking the River Roding. This waterfront urban village offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, featuring contemporary open-plan living, bespoke designer kitchens and luxurious bathrooms, finished to the highest standards.
