Leicestershire House-Hunter Event To Welcome Film Star Coffee Van!

Visitors to a special event for house-hunters, taking place in a Leicestershire village, will be able to sample the fabulous flavours of an unusual TV star.

A French-style coffee van called Henri, which has appeared in a number of films, TV dramas and major TV commercials, will make a special appearance at event hosted by William Davis Homes in Burton on the Wolds on Saturday 17 June.

Henri’s owners from ‘Café Allez!’ will be serving-up delicious beverages at the Part Exchange event being held by William Davis Homes at their new Honeysuckle Rise development. There’s also the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a £200 hamper of local produce supplied by Elms Farm at Costock.

Henri – a 1972 Citroen HY van – has appeared in a number of films and TV dramas, including Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen, as well as TV commercials for big brand names such as O2, Vodaphone and Matalan.

Visitors will be able to sample some of Henri’s brilliant beverages while finding out more about a range of offers available at the new development, which offers a variety of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom house types. The properties come with high-specification interior finishes featuring top brand names such as Smeg, Roca and Porcelanosa. Homes also have the Hive Smart Heating System, car charging and 300Mbps broadband.

All homes at Honeysuckle Rise achieve a minimum of an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) B rating and could save owners thousands of pounds in running costs.

William Davis Homes operations director David Dodge said house-hunters will have the opportunity to discover a range of options to help them buy a new home, including mortgage subsidy, Assisted Move and Part Exchange on selected plots.
