‘Why Buy New’ Events For House-Hunters in East Sussex This Weekend
On Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 March, visitors to Ridgewood Place in Uckfield and Honeysett Gardens in Stone Cross can find out about the benefits of buying a new build home, including savings of over £3,000 per year on energy bills, according to a recent Home Builders Federation report.
Visitors can also find out about the energy-efficient features of a new Taylor Wimpey home, as well as the 10-year warranty provided, the range of personalisation options available and the special offers that only buyers of a new build can benefit from.
Jason Stokes, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey South East, said: “From saving money on energy bills, to choosing from a range of offers to help make a move more affordable, to picking your dream kitchen and bathroom – there are so many benefits to buying a new build. Our homes are built using modern techniques, more sustainable materials and with energy-efficient features as standard, so owners of a new home could save money in the long run over buying an older property.
“Our ‘Why Buy New’ weekend is the perfect opportunity for home-hunters to visit us to find out more about the advantages of buying new and the range of homes and offers we have available at Honeysett Gardens and Ridgewood Place.”
The ‘Why Buy New’ event will take place between 10.00am to .005pm on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 March at Ridgewood Place and Honeysett Gardens. While appointments are encouraged, visitors do not need to book one in order to attend.
Ridgewood Place is located off Lewes Road, Uckfield, and currently offers a choice of energy efficient three-, four- and five-bedroom homes. A variety of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes is available at Honeysett Gardens, which is located off Rattle Road, Stone Cross.
