Strong Sales At Two Chichester Schemes

Taylor Wimpey has announced that homes are selling fast at both of its Chichester new home developments, with over 75% of homes now sold at The Hedgerows off Fontwell Avenue, and over 50% sold at its Shopwyke Lakes site, located off Shopwhyke Road, on the outskirts of the city centre.

Between the, the developments will eventually deliver over 400 new homes to the area. The Hedgerows and Shopwyke Lakes both offer a range of three- and four-bedroom homes, perfectly suited to all sorts of potential buyers, including growing families and young professionals.
