Housebuilder Unveils Show Homes On East Midlands Sites

Taylor Wimpey East Midlands has launched a brand new show houses at two of its developments in Northamptonshore and Lincolnshire.

Seagrave Park development in Kettering and now has a popular house type, the four-bedroom ‘Shelford’ as a show home. It provides a traditional two-floor layout and is ideal for growing families in need of extra space. The ground floor comprises a large open-plan kitchen/diner, a separate study which is perfect if you are working from home, and a spacious living room with French doors that open onto a beautiful rear garden. The house is completed with an en suite bedroom and three further double bedrooms on the first floor, along with a family bathroom.

Commenting on the launch, Rob Curry, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey East Midlands, said: “We’re very proud of the new show home at Seagrave Park. Both the ‘Gosford’ and the ‘Midford’ have been carefully designed to showcase the very latest interior design trends and will give prospective buyers an insight into what it could be like to live at the development, located off Welland Drive.

The three-bedroom ‘Gosford’ is the perfect home for first-time buyers and couples looking for a little extra space. The home kitchen/dining area opens through double doors to the garden, making it perfect for entertaining and relaxing. A spacious living room, guest cloakroom and store cupboard complete the ground floor layout. The first floor comprises a bedroom with an en suite shower room, a main bathroom, and two further bedrooms.
