Staffordshire Show Homes To Be Unveiled On Friday
Taylor Wimpey North Midlands has announced that it will be opening the doors to its much-anticipated show homes at The Coopers development in Branston, Staffordshire on Friday 24 2020.
Prospective buyers looking to make the move to the area will be able to explore the two-bedroom ‘Canford’ and the four-bedroom ‘Shelford’ house types.
For all its sales offices and show homes, the housebuilder has developed a new set of guidelines alongside new safety measures which have been introduced to protect the health and safety of its customers and employees. These include the installation of Perspex screens and marker guides for social distancing. Show home viewings will be unaccompanied and only one family at a time will be able to view each home.

Sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North Midlands, Carl Cooke, said: “We understand that it is important for people to be able to visualise themselves in a new home before they commit to buying one. That’s why we are delighted to offer prospective buyers the chance to visit our ‘Canford’ and ‘Shelford’ house types, both fantastic homes that have been expertly designed.
“We will be operating our show home launch on a strict appointment-only basis and I am confident that our revised health and safety protocols and guidelines mean that we can operate safely. I understand that some customers may still prefer not to visit us in person. Our sales executives have a range of tools available such as virtual 360° tours for a variety of house types, to help you find your dream home.”
The Coopers offers a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and is situated in picturesque surroundings close to Burton-upon-Trent. Prices start at £165,000.
