New Homes Launched In East Lothian

Taylor Wimpey East Scotland has launched the first phase of homes for sale at its new Letham Meadows development near Haddington.

While construction will take between four and five years to complete, this phase of the development signals the final chapter of the Letham Mains masterplan. Located off David’s Way, Letham Meadows will offer 272 new homes, of which 69 will be affordable, and there will be areas of open space within the development to provide an equipped play area as well as a seven-a-side pitch. Prices currently range from £250,000 for the ‘Andrew’ two-bedroom semi-detached home up to £445,000 for the ‘Wallace’ five-bedroom detached home.

Letham Meadows is part of a wider development of just over 800 new homes that is delivering a host of local community benefits. These include the provision of a primary school, a new road linking West Road to Pencaitland Road, a new sports pitch and changing facilities, as well as a new park running east/west through the development alongside the Letham Burn.
