Launch Of New Development In Wolston

House-hunters in the West Midlands now have a brand new collection of new homes to consider, with the launch of Rosedale in Wolston, Warwickshire.

These 48 homes come in two-, three- and four-bedroom styles, and 14 of them are being offered as part of the government’s First Homes scheme. This means that eligible first-time buyers will be able to purchase select properties at Rosedale at 70% of the open-market value.

All these homes are energy efficient and are being built with sustainability in mind, having heating and hot water supplied by air-source heat pumps and featuring photovoltaic (PV) panels. Electric vehicle charging points also come as standard.

Outside, all the properties at Rosedale are designed with local architectural style in mind, with a mixture of rural red brick and chalky white render, with a combination of red and grey roof tiles. Inside is a thorough up-to-date approach to layout and specification. The bespoke Shaker-style kitchens have been designed from a unique range created exclusively for Spitfire Homes.

The first two- to four-bedroom homes here are available with prices ranging from £300,000 to £650,000.
