Homes Ideal For Smaller Households At Knutsford Development

Tabley Park from Redrow in Knutsford in Cheshire will soon have some smaller but perfectly formed houses ideal for smaller households…

Every bit as highly specified and stylish as the existing homes, the Bexton and the Blackhill designs will open up the development to a wider audience including single people, couples and smaller families.

Like other homes at Tabley Park, they are based on house styles from Redrow’s Arts & Crafts inspired Heritage Collection but with design modifications in keeping with existing properties locally.

Priced from £355,995 The Bexton, is a two-bedroom property with a virtually open-plan ground floor, including a lounge area and kitchen/diner with French doors to the garden.  The house is entered via a separate hallway which provides access to the ground-floor cloakroom, and there is also a designated laundry area under the stairs so homeowners can close the door on the washer and dryer.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, including one with an en-suite shower room, and also a family bathroom. Both bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes included.

The Blackhill, priced from £415,995, has a similar ground floor layout but with extra floorspace and an additional single bedroom upstairs.

“Tabley Park is one of our flagship developments,” says Anna Evans-Kerr, sales director for Redrow in the North West.

“Until now it’s been known for its larger properties but, in reality, it will include a mix of homes for almost everyone. Eventually we’ll have two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses in a mix of detached, semi-detached and mews styles, and even two bungalows. The Bexton and The Blackhill are fabulous designs which we know are going to be very popular, so interested parties should act fast.”

Located off Northwich Road, Tabley Park is an exceptional development in a near-perfect location, less than a mile from the shops, restaurants and businesses of Knutsford, within easy reach of the M6 and M56 motorways, right on the doorstep of picturesque Tatton Park and close to a selection of excellent schools.

Of the 190 total homes, 133 will be offered for private market sale while 57 affordable homes will be offered for Shared Ownership or rent to help meet local need.

The development will include 39 properties which are Lifetime Homes compliant, designed to be easily adaptable for lifetime use at minimal cost. The development will also include a large area of open space, a football pitch, allotment areas, orchard and children’s play area.

Fully furnished show homes and a customer experience suite are open Monday 12pm until 5:30pm and Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am until 5.30pm.
