First Residents Move In At Stratford-Upon-Avon Scheme

Keith OsborneAdele and David Moorhouse are two of the first official residents to move into Redrow’s Poets Grange, which is part of the wider Meon Vale development a few miles from Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire.
The couple lived in Australia for four years and following a visit back to the UK and a trip to a nearby development they fell in love with Redrow homes. After deciding to move back to the Midlands in 2020, the search for their perfect home began – and they knew exactly where to look.
Adele and David were keen to find a home which would suit their rescue dog, Donald, and accommodate regular visits from their family, including two grandchildren. The sought-after three-bedroom ‘Oxford Lifestyle’ proved to be the perfect match.
Adele said: “When we moved back to the UK, we knew we wanted to buy a Redrow home. It was the quality of the homes and high ceilings that we loved the most. Unfortunately, the pandemic hit as soon as we moved back to the UK, and we had to move back into our old house, which we’d rented out while we were living abroad, but it wasn’t long until we moved into our dream home.
“The home is perfect for our rescue dog, who we brought back from Australia with us, and is also great when our children and grandchildren come to stay. It’s everyone’s dream to own a home like this one.”
Elaine Cartwright, sales director for Redrow Midlands, added: “We are thrilled to welcome our first residents at Poets Grange, and we look forward to seeing the development grow into a thriving community.
“Poets Grange is proving to be very popular as it continues to pique the interest of buyers searching for a traditional home with a high-spec interior in a well-connected, popular region. We'd like to welcome anyone interested in luxury living in a property in a semi-rural area close to Stratford-upon-Avon to get in touch to learn more about what life could be like at Poets Grange.
“A very warm welcome to Adele and David – we hope you will be very happy in your fantastic new home!”
Redrow will deliver a total of 100 three- and four-bedroom homes, already popular with a wide range of buyers, at the site located on Station Road, around five miles from the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. The larger Meon Vale development will feature a leisure hub, sports pitches and plenty of public open space once complete. Residents will also benefit from great transport links to Warwick, Worcester, and Birmingham. Find out more at www.redrow.co.uk.
