Posted 25 April 2023 by Keith Osborne

Redrow has just unveiled the first Arts & Crafts-inspired homes at Hazel Park, now available to purchase off-plan...

Last weekend, Redrow, launched 63 new homes at Hazel Park, its development of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes located on the edge of the Hertfordshire town of Stevenage.

The properties on this first phase are now available to purchase off-plan from Redrow’s nearby Hendricks Green development in Goffs Oak, with first occupations anticipated for early 2024.

This new collection of homes, all of which include underfloor heating, is part of Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection. They are influenced by the sophistication and meticulous attention to detail seen in the Arts & Crafts movement of the late 18th and early 19th centuries yet remain effortlessly contemporary.

Kerry McCoubrey, sales manager at Redrow Eastern, commented: “The launch of Hazel Park, marks an exciting moment for the Redrow Eastern team, presenting an opportunity to bring our signature quality homes and welcoming community atmosphere to Stevenage.”

“We foresee the new, spacious and elegantly designed, three-, four- and five-bedroom properties being a big hit with expanding families making great use of our Help to Sell incentive as they upsize to accommodate the next phase of their life.”

All buyers at Hazel Park needing to sell their current home can take advantage of Redrow’s Help to Sell scheme at no extra cost. Redrow will arrange up to three appraisals of the former property while contributing to estate agent fees, ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible.

Homes at Hazel Park benefit from being located close to plentiful amenities and open green spaces, and it is well suited to growing families, being close to a variety of excellent education options for children of all ages. Stevenage has a great selection of ‘Outstanding’ or ‘Good’ Ofsted-rated institutions, including primary and secondary schools, and for higher education, the renowned University of Hertfordshire.

For commuters and those heading to London for leisure, there are fantastic transport links by road and rail – perfect for the flexi-commuter. With the A1 conveniently close, London can be reached by car in just under an hour-and-a-half, whilst direct services run from Stevenage railway station to London King’s Cross in as little as 24 minutes.
