Redrow is hosting a Help to Sell event at its development in Halewood, The Finches…

Redrow is hosting an event at The Finches at Hilton Grange in Halewood. The Help to Sell event will take place on Saturday 25 March from 11am to 4pm.

The Help to Sell scheme is designed to make moving home simple, smooth and stress-free. Potential buyers are invited to attend the event, where Redrow’s sales team will be on hand to discuss the scheme in detail.

Sian Pitt, sales director at Redrow Lancashire, says: “Selling up and moving into a brand-new home can seem fraught with hurdles, but with the support of our Help to Sell scheme, and our estate agent partners, we will do a lot of the work to sell you existing property. We’ll agree on a valuation and marketing plan for your existing home. Working with agents to achieve a quick sale, it’s all designed to make things easy and convenient for you. One of the biggest costs when selling your house is generally the estate agent's fee. This may be a percentage of the selling price or a fixed fee. However, for customer’s using Help to Sell, we will contribute towards these fees.”

Located on Lower Road, The Finches offers a collection of 196 three- and four-bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached homes. Along with Redrow’s neighbouring Grace Fields development, it will provide a new community and form part of the significant East Halewood Sustainable Extension, a masterplan to build high-quality new homes for the area.
