First Phase Of Homes Launches In Walthamstow
Property consultancy Red Loft has announced the launch of 10 new homes for private sale at the Jazz Yard, a brand-new development in the heart of Walthamstow, north-east London.
When completed, Jazz Yard will comprise 83 one and two-bedroom apartments, with 46 for private sale , 17 for Shared Ownership and 20 for social rent.
The development has been named after the ‘Jazz Service’ steam train that ran from Liverpool Street to Chingford in the 1920s. Its architecture reflects the area’s industrial heritage, featuring textured, glazed and coloured bricks. Residents will have a communal podium roof garden, complete with play zones, relaxation areas and landscape gardening, and there weill be an NHS Health Centre on the ground and first floors of the building.
