Handful Of Homes Remain At Warwickshire Scheme

House-hunters are running out of time to snap up one of the last remaining properties at a popular development of new homes in Bishops Tachbrook, a village around three miles south of Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa.

Bishop’s Gate, on Harbury Lane, is a development of 208 new homes from Persimmon Homes now nearing completion, with just a few properties still available.

Sarah Preston, sales director designate at Persimmon Homes Central said: “We will be really sad to leave the neighbourhood that our two successful developments have helped to create, and it really is the end of an era for us. But there is a last chance for people to secure their dream home, with just four properties remaining and a fantastic range of special offers.”

These include either a £10,000 deposit contribution or a £10,000 mortgage contribution.

One of the new homes is the stunning, double fronted, four-bedroom detached ‘Himbleton’, a generously proportioned family home with triple-aspect living room, utility space with outside access and en suite to one of the bedrooms. The asking price is £420,000.

The other remaining properties are all five-bedroom ‘Holborn’ house types with features including open-plan kitchen/breakfast/family room, utility room for laundry and extra storage, en suites to two of the bedrooms, and a single garage. Their asking price is £570,000.

The marketing suite at the development is open Thursday to Sunday, 10.00am to 5.00pm, and on Monday from 11.00am to 6.00pm, by appointment.
