Second Phase Released At Blackwall Scheme

NU living, the in-house developer for Swan Housing, has just launched Parkside West, Phase 2 at Blackwall Reach in east London.

Parkside West is in the heart of the dynamic regeneration scheme which is transforming the area into a modern sustainable community which will provide 1,575 homes in total

This latest phase comprises four blocks totaling 268 new homes, a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes, starting from £420,000.
