Keith OsborneHouse-hunters in Northamptonshire looking for all the benefits of moving into a new build home will have more to consider from Saturday 12 November, when Redrow opens new show homes and releases a new phase of off-plan properties at Ash Gardens, Towcester.
Visitors to the marketing suite at the site will, from next weekend, be able to look around three new show homes, all of which have been professionally interior decorated to suit a range of lifestyles and provide inspiration to homebuyers. One is a three-bedroom house, while the other two are both four-bedroom properties.
In addition, developer Redrow Homes will also release a new collection of larger and more luxurious homes at the development in a phase called Oak View, for buyers to purchase off-plan, well ahead of the scheduled completion date.
It all forms part of the Burcote Park development at Wood Burcote, on the southern fringe of Towcester, the popular market town with its Roman heritage.
Tonia Tyler, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), explains: “Set amid an Edwardian parkland, the new homes at Burcote Park enjoy a simply stunning location that truly does need to be seen to be appreciated. Some people have had the confidence to buy off-plan, but viewing remains an important part of the home buying process.
“We have a growing list of potential purchasers eager to see inside the show homes at Ash Gardens and keen to find out more about Oak View before committing to buy. In fact some people say they wouldn’t commit without being able to see, touch and experience what they are buying.
“The good news for those people is that from this weekend they’ll be able to view three fully furnished show homes. We’re sure they’ll be inspired by the aspirational yet achievable looks created by our expert interior designers, who’ve styled the homes so that buyers can picture themselves living in our properties.”
The show homes demonstrate the variety of sizes and layouts that buyers at Ash Meadows can choose from. The ‘Rowan’ offers 1,137 sq ft of accommodation with three bedrooms, a family bathroom, dual aspect lounge and open-plan kitchen/dining room. The ‘Cedar’, at 1,382 sq ft, adds a family room to the kitchen/dining room and has an extra bedroom, while the largest home, the 1,555 sq ft ‘Bay’, has similar features to the ‘Cedar’ but laid out differently. Common to all house types is a downstairs cloakroom and an en suite to the master bedroom.
Ash Gardens is close to a range of shops and amenities, with a good choice locally, while Towcester is well connected and close to the major towns of Milton Keynes and Northampton. The A5 and A43 are just a few minutes away and the M1 also within easy reach, bringing further direct links to many other major destinations.
The show homes will be open daily from Saturday 12 November, from 10.00am to 5.30pm.
