New Development To Launch In Bedfordshire

Posted 16 March 2023 by Helen Christie

Luxury housebuilder Mulberry Homes is set to launch Ravensden Park, a brand new development in Bedfordshire in April…

Located in Graze Hill, Ravensden Park from Mulberry Homes will offer a collection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.

Interested property seekers are invited to attend the launch of the sales suite at Ravensden Park on Thursday 6 April, where they can meet with the sales team and find out more about the homes available to them.

Ravensden Park will be launched under Mulberry Homes’ “Quintessential Living” brand, which encompasses the housebuilder’s ethos of being passionate about building beautiful homes that effortlessly blend into their surroundings.

Kerry Jones, sales and marketing director at Mulberry Homes, says: “We are thrilled to be launching another new development in Bedfordshire. This is an area where we have seen a lot of success, so we know that there are plenty of people looking for a home in the county and we’re really looking forward to connecting more property seekers with a beautiful home they can settle down in. Ravensden Park is set to be a one-of-a-kind development that is unmatched in terms of quality and specification. We’re so excited to see these breathtaking homes come together and for happy buyers to start making them their own. The exceptional quality of these homes means that we expect them to be very popular, so anyone who is interested should get in touch as soon as possible to avoid missing out on a luxurious new home.”

Mulberry Homes handpicked the idyllic location of Graze Hill in line with its Quintessentially Located ethos. Homebuyers can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of rural living with all the benefits of city living. The market town of Bedford is less than three miles away and residents can enjoy weekly farmers markets, as well as an array of shops and restaurants in Castle Quarter.

The location is ideal for families with children, as there are  a range of high-quality schools nearby. For primary schools there are Ravensden CofE Primary Academy, Brickhill Primary School and Scott Primary School, which are all no more than two miles away and rated all Good by Ofsted. Secondary school children can attend either St Thomas More Catholic School, which is rated Outstanding and just a five-minutes’ drive away, or Mark Rutherford School, rated Good and only four-minutes away.

Commuters are well served by excellent transport links by both rail and road. Nearby Bedford Train Station offers services to London, the Midlands and the North and the A6 offers access to Rushden, Luton, Kettering and Milton Keynes.
