Mulberry Homes is set to host a special homebuyer event at its head office situated on Crick Road in Rugby, Warwickshire.

The event will take place on Thursday 26 January from 5:30pm and will be an excellent opportunity for potential homebuyers to speak to the sales team and find out more about all of the developments Mulberry Homes has to offer.

The housebuilder has active developments in Bedfordshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire, as well as sites upcoming in Essex and Oxfordshire.

A number of the developments are selling fast due to high popularity, including Steeple View Chase in Irchester, Kingsbury Park in Lutterworth and The Templars in Temple Herdewyke. At The Templars just two homes are remaining, making this the last chance for local property seekers to secure their perfect Mulberry home at this idyllic development.

Over in Bedfordshire, Mulberry Homes has a wide range of high-quality properties available, at Manor Heath in Leighton Buzzard and Clifton Gardens in Clifton. A further two developments, Ravensden Park in Graze Hill and The Grange at Roxton in Roxton, are coming soon.

Homebuyers will also be able to find out more about the housebuilder’s brand new Mulberry Homes at Houlton development, located close to its head office in Rugby. The development will consist of 147 homes built to a high specification and surrounded by acres of green space, with a network of cycleways, walkways and nature trails, wildflower and mature trees, and ecological habitats.

Mortgage advisors from Salcey Mortgages will be in attendance at the event to offer advice and information to attendees and answer frequently asked questions, such as: “How much can I borrow?” and “What will my monthly payments be?” Reports indicate that mortgage rates have come down in the months since the mini budget, so homebuyers may be pleasantly surprised by what they can afford.

Kerry Jones, sales and marketing director at Mulberry Homes, says: “We are very excited to be opening up our head office to potential homebuyers for this event and look forward to seeing lots of new faces there. This is a wonderful opportunity for house hunters to find out everything they need to know about all of the developments we have on offer across various regions in one place, and to find the perfect option that they may not have been exposed to otherwise. We would highly encourage anyone who is interested in a Mulberry home to come along and let us answer all of your questions.”
