First Homes For Sale At Eastergate Development

WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Miller Homes has released the first homes for sale at The Paddock, its newest development in Eastergate, near Chichester.

The doors were opened to the on-site sales office at the development of 67 new homes being built off Fontwell Avenue, on Saturday 1 July. The launch event represented the first opportunity for prospective customers to visit the Miller Homes development ahead of the developer’s show home being unveiled to the public in August.

Construction work began at The Paddock at the start of 2023, with a total of 67 properties being built in Eastergate, including 47 for private sale and 20 affordable homes also being provided, five of which will be available with the First Homes scheme.

Miller Homes is building a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes for sale at The Paddock, with prices starting from £299,995. The sales centre for the development is located off Fontwell Avenue, via Harold Way.
