Milestone Sale for Duchy Homes

Helen ChristieWhen it was established in Yorkshire in 2011, Duchy Homes aimed to build only the best quality homes on small, well-placed developments. The housebuilder quickly earned a reputation for the highest standards in design, safety and quality as it has consistently won awards for delivering exclusivity and attention-to-detail to all its homebuyers.
From just five houses in its first year of building to a forecasted 68 houses this year across four divisions in the UK, Duchy Homes has grown significantly and reached a milestone 100th sale.
To celebrate this significant moment in the house builder’s history, Duchy Homes North East MD John Barnes presented the special 100th buyers with a gift voucher for Langley Castle Hotel. Mr and Mrs Dodd, who bought a beautiful stone-built four-bedroom home at Chesters Meadow in Humshaugh, were thrilled with the gift of a luxury retreat at the magnificent 14th century castle, which holds its own significance to the couple as the place at which they were married.
Speaking of the occasion, Mr Dodd says: “My wife and I are pleased to be part of the Duchy Homes milestone. We are really enjoying our new home and the specification is very high. Our property offers a great family living space in a quiet setting. There is a really nice neighbourhood feel to the development, even though it is new.”
Mr and Mrs Dodd share their new home with their 9 month old daughter Mollie, and Labrador Duncan, and have really appreciated Duchy Homes’ combined focus on location and quality.
Duchy Homes is continuing to build homes of which buyers and the local communities can be proud, with further exclusive developments selling well in Wetherby, Swanland, Ranskill, Bunbury and Milton Green, plus more prestigious schemes coming soon across Yorkshire, Northumberland, Cheshire, Lancashire and Warwickshire.
