Show Suite Opens At Studley Retirement Development

McCarthy Stone has unveiled a show suite at its new Priory Place Retirement Living development on Alcester Road in Studley.

This show suite is now open daily from Tuesday to Friday between 10.30am and 5.00pm for local retirees to see for themselves the unique and independent lifestyle on offer for the over-60s at Priory Place, offering apartments with on-site facilities, such as a communal lounge, landscaped gardens, and a hotel-style guest suite where visitors can enjoy an overnight stay.

Reassurance and peace of mind will be provided for homeowners and their families by the presence of camera entry systems to all apartments and other state-of-the art security features, while a house manager will oversee the development during office hours and will be on hand to answer any queries.

Once complete, Priory Place will comprise 45 low-maintenance one- and two-bedroom retirement apartments, each combining high-specification kitchens and bathrooms with airy living spaces.

Priory Place is already proven to be popular amongst local retirees, with one-fifth of the homes already reserved off-plan, and first occupants are set to move into the development in March 2023.
