London And Home Counties Housebuilder Launches Festive Incentives Today

Last year, London Square saw the number of sessions on its website nearly double, with a 69% spike on Boxing Day, compared to the rest of December. Jo McDonagh, sales and marketing director, London Square, said: “Christmas is the one time of year when everyone is relaxing, with the time to think about the coming year and what they would like to do. We are ready with a bundle of great financial incentives to help first time buyers and home movers when they may well take time to look on Boxing Day. London Square Walton On Thames
In the popular Elmbridge area of commuter Surrey, London Square Walton On Thames, an Arts and Crafts-style collection of homes, has three family houses remaining for sale. Buyers can save up to £49,500 with a 5% deposit boost on the price from £950,000. The three-bedroom gabled semi-detached houses feature spacious open-plan living areas, an impressive principal bedroom suite occupying the first floor, plus two further double bedrooms and bathrooms. Each house has an enclosed private garden with patio for outdoor entertaining, allocated off-street parking, plus an on-site day nursery for working parents. In top Hertfordshire commuter destination Watford, a mortgage contribution of up to £750 a month for two years is on offer at London Square Watford, a collection of one- and two-bedroom apartments in a gated development in a popular residential spot just two miles from the town centre. The analysis by Dataloft, a leading property market intelligence company, examined the excellent lifestyle on offer, employment opportunities, quality education, extensive green spaces and first-class transport links, in a research report commissioned by London Square.
With striking contemporary design, attractive brick facades and pitched roofs, London Square Watford is designed to blend in with the more traditional lower-rise homes in the area. The apartments are light and spacious, with high specification and detailing, sleek kitchens and generous open-plan living areas providing flexibility for working from home or relaxing.
