LH1 Global, in partnership with The Investment Room and Yale Housing Association, has launched a collection of 40 apartments at Riverside Court, Sheffield, a dedicated Assisted Living development that will cater for individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.

As part of the tenancy agreement with Yale Housing Association, all apartments are fully furnished to include beds, sofas, tables and chairs, as well as ample storage provisions.

The apartments are available to private investors seeking a hassle-free ethical investment, which provides a net rental income of 10% per annum over a 25-year period, whilst delivering crucial specialist accommodation for the local community. Rents are reviews annually, there’s no break clause and no void periods, maintenance costs, management fees, service charges or ground rent for the term of the lease.

Yale Housing Association will manage the Assisted Living tenancies at Riverside Court which will offer safe, supportive and sustainable accommodation for adults who are unable to live independently due to complex needs and require personalised care and support from a dedicated professional team. The Yale Housing Association team will ensure each individual residing at Riverside Court is able to develop and progress with their own independence and learn skills that will benefit them moving forward.
