‘The Sanderling’ could make the perfect first home, being a two-bedroom property offering some 945 sq ft of living space and an unusual layout. On the ground floor are the bathroom and two double bedrooms, with bedroom one having a fitted wardrobe and French doors to the private garden. Buyers find Rochester appealing because of its convenient location and good transport links (Rochester train station is just a three-minute walk from the development), with frequent High Speed services taking just 37 minutes to London St Pancras International, and regular National Rail trains taking just under an hour to London Victoria. Other direct destinations include Dover, Ramsgate and St Albans.
