Off-Plan Launch Of ‘Green’ Homes In Bedfordshire
The latest project of WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year Hayfield, the first release at Hayfield Park, located in the picturesque Bedfordshire village of Bromham will be available for off-plan sales from Saturday 12 March.
The development of 80 zero carbon-ready homes will offer a greener way of living, thanks to air source heat pumps, energy-efficient underfloor heating, electric vehicle fast-charging points and ultra-fast broadband.
Accessed off Stagsden Road within the Borough of Bedford, a range of three- and four-bedroom family homes will be included in the first release, priced from £455,000 to £665,000. Two-bedroom bungalows will be included in future releases. The spacious development will also incorporate landscaped public open space, and a fully equipped children’s play area.
Off-plan sales will be taken from a dedicated sales lounge that has been created at Hayfield Gate in the Bedfordshire village of Clifton, where Hayfield is underway with the final phase of the construction programme. A large interactive model of the Hayfield Park scheme and touchscreen will enable interested parties to take a closer look at the site layout and various house designs.

Appointments are being made on a first come, first served basis, enabling proceedable buyers to choose their preferred home and plot, while benefitting from pre-show-home prices. The first houses will then be available to move into during the autumn.”

Hayfield Park is within easy reach of the range of amenities and schooling within Bromham, which is one of the larger villages within the area. Located only two miles away is Bedford railway station – a key hub for London commuters – which provides a 47-minute commuter service into London St Pancras.
Each Hayfield Park kitchen will feature a range of built-in Bosch appliances, with larger homes enjoying impressive bi-fold doors leading out to the private garden.
