Hamptons, on behalf of regional developer Kentish Projects, is now offering a collection of apartments at The Retreat in Tunbridge Wells, the conversion of a Victorian building that was originally a hotel.

The apartments’ specification features bespoke kitchens with quartz worktops and integrated appliances, engineered oak wooden flooring, fibre broadband, a video entry system, and a communal landscaped rear garden with seating and BBQ area. The lower ground units benefit from private secluded patio areas.

The Retreat is located on the doorstep of The Common in Tunbridge Wells, an affluent area which for many years attracted royalty to take in the ‘restorative’ spring waters. In more recent years it has become a popular destination for those looking to trade London life for the quiet and space of the country.
