Shared Ownership Homes Launch In Forest Gate

Buyers of these one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments at The Grove will benefit from contemporary open-plan living space, sleek interiors and a fantastic East London location; prices start from £88,750 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment and a 5% deposit of just £4,437.50 is needed.

The station is also on the new Crossrail Elizabeth Line, which will cut journey times to Bond Street to 19 minutes and Canary Wharf to 12 minutes.
