Elan Homes is opening two new show houses as it continues to transform a former factory site in Southport.

Around a third of homes at Balmoral Gardens have now been sold and 30-plus of those properties are now occupied. Potential purchasers can now view finished examples of the three-bedroom ‘Ripley’ and four-bedroom ‘Brandon’ house types.
