NHS Worker Discount Proving Popular At Worcestershire Site

NHS staff in Worcester have been making the most of a special ‘thank you’ discount scheme offered by Elan Homes.

The company is building new homes at Stableford, close to the Royal Worcestershire Hospital, and revealed that almost half of their purchasers at the development work for the NHS.

Regional sales director Tracey Ball said: “Because of the proximity of our homes to the Royal Worcestershire Hospital we’ve been offering NHS workers the chance to live here for less with the choice of a £5,000 discount or a flooring package. The incentive has been available since before the pandemic and has factored in around 40% of sales. Many of our homeowners work for the NHS and were attracted by the idea of being able to live just a five-minute walk from the hospital.”

Stableford offers a choice of four- and five-bedroom detached homes. Current prices range from £380,000 for a four-bedroom ‘Bunbury’ style property up to £565,000 for a ‘Farnham’, offering 2,100 sq ft of carefully considered living space.
