Show Home In Poynton Launching This Weekend

After more than 2,000 people registered their interest in the 93 private sale properties being built at Hazelfields by Elan Homes on land off Hazelbadge Road, they were invited to a special preview event before the doors to the show home are opened to the public.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “There’s a real buzz about our Hazelfields development. We’ve been keeping those who expressed an interest informed of our progress and, having initially released a small number of properties for sale off plan, we’re now ready to open the show home. Viewing this showcase property, along with the site plan and individual property floor plans, will help buyers make an informed decision when buying a new home.”

The show home is a four-bedroom Woodhall, a generously proportioned, double fronted family home. Accessed via an elegant, canopied porch, it offers 1,350 sq.ft of carefully considered living space. The open-plan kitchen, dining and family room spans the width of the property and is destined to become the heart of the home. French doors open out from this sociable space onto the garden. The Woodhall show home opens this weekend, Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 July. 

Prices for homes on the initial phase of Hazelfields start from £614,995. A Woodhall style property, like the show home, is currently available from £639,995. The first properties at Hazelfields will be ready to move into in late summer/ early autumn.
