First New Homes Released For Sale In Aylesford

House-hunters in Kent now have a new range of homes to consider, following the launch of The Poppies, located between Maidstone and the attractive village of Aylesford.

This first phase will offer 44 new homes, with 28 energy-efficient three- and four-bedroom houses, priced right now from £399,995, together with 16 apartments. The sales suite is now open, with two show homes launching later this year and the first residents set to move in early 2024.

The wider development has 15.9 acres dedicated to open space, comprising green areas, play parks and biodiversity sections. A network of walkways and cycle paths ensure residents have easy access throughout the development, into Maidstone and beyond. The scheme allows workers from a range of backgrounds – such as NHS workers, teachers and those who work in the police – to receive £1,000 contribution from us for every £20,000 spent on a property.
