Dandara East Scotland is getting ready to say goodbye to its Shawfair development, with just one property remaining to sell.

Buyers will have to act quickly if they are to secure the two bedroom ‘Harris’, which will be ready to move into in the Spring. Priced at £236,995, this terraced house features an open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with French doors to the garden, a cloakroom, handy storage and utility space on the ground floor, while upstairs there are two bedrooms, a family bathroom and a storeroom. Green transport has been woven into the fabric of the development; from the eight-mile network of cycle paths to the easy 15-minute train journey into central Edinburgh from Shawfair station.
