WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Crest Nicholson is launching two brand new show homes at its sought-after Cringleford Heights development, located in the tranquil village of Cringleford.

The new show homes from the WhatHouse? Award-winning developer, which will be unveiled at a Christmas themed event with festive nibbles and play packs for kids on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 December between 10am and 5pm, were dressed by Blocc Interiors to give prospective buyers the opportunity to imagine what life at Cringleford Heights could be like.

The first show home is the three bedroom Hatfield, a two-storey home that’s perfect for family life. The open plan kitchen and dining area is ideal for spending time as a family. Additionally, a separate living area is flooded with natural light due to the French doors, which open out onto a generously sized garden. Upstairs, the main bedroom benefits from an en-suite, and two further bedrooms share a family bathroom.

The four-bedroom Marlborough is the second show home, which provides the perfect environment for flexible modern living. Downstairs features a spacious open plan living and dining area and a separate large living room, which provides the perfect space for hosting and entertaining guests. Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms, where the main bedroom boasts an en-suite.

Pat Nightingale, sales director at Blocc Interiors, comments: “Our aim was to create an aspirational show home that allowed young couples or families to see what life is like at Cringleford Heights. For the three bedroom Hatfield, our palette included various shades of tonal blues, sea greens and burnt oranges, used to emulate a modern family home. To complement this, we used bespoke individual artwork pieces throughout, as well as unusual mirrors and lighting. While the four bedroom Malborough focuses on a monochrome palette with textured artwork across the home, keeping on-trend with the locations fantastic rail links to London.”

Karen Coulson, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson Eastern, comments: “Our new show homes provide prospective buyers with the opportunity to envisage themselves in the spacious and modern layouts available at Cringleford Heights. The area is perfect for families, with two-, three- and four-bedroom house types and various schemes available, such as Part Exchange, SmoothMove and Deposit Unlock. We look forward to welcome homebuyers into our new show homes, where they get a feel for what life is like at Cringleford Heights.”
