Final Homes Available At Hounslow Development
Mixed-use developer Countryside has announced that there are only two four-bedroom townhouses remaining for sale at The Assembly in Hounslow, with the homes ready to move into now and available for £650,000.
Countryside is offering to pay all Stamp Duty on these homes, both during the government’s Stamp Duty holiday and afterwards (worth £7,500 and £20,000 respectively). Set over three floors, the four-bedroom townhouses boast a separate kitchen/dining area, living room and master bedroom which opens onto a private terrace. Residents benefit from an enhanced specification, private parking and a private enclosed garden.
There are also now only six apartments, five with one bedroom, one with two, with prices starting from £340,000 and Help to Buy available. Countryside is offering the ‘Move for Free’ incentive on these apartments, with first-time buyer Stamp Duty and legal fees paid, a BoConcept furniture package and a contribution to moving costs (up to a total value of £10,000).
The Assembly is a 284-home development in Hounslow comprising six mansion blocks of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom townhouses. This contemporary development takes inspiration from the architecture of London’s past, when grand houses were built around squares.
Buyers at The Assembly benefit from great transport links in both directions, with just a nine-minute walk to Hounslow East on the Piccadilly Line. This means you can be in the heart of central London in 30 minutes or Heathrow in under 15 minutes.
