January Launch For East Calder Development
CALA Homes will soon unveil its latest West Lothian development, with the launch of Mansefield Lea taking place this month.
The scheme in East Calder will comprise a range of two- to five-bedroom homes which come from Light and Space Collection if house types, which are thoroughly contemporary and designed with flexibility in mind, featuring open-plan living spaces, generous bedrooms and high-specification fixtures and fittings throughout.
It’s a development which CALA Home believes gives people the best of both worlds – the chance to sample the great outdoors and be in touching distance of city life. Homes will be situated either side of a winding burn, giving a feeling of space and greenery, while more than 300 trees and extensive hedging will be planted along with over a hectare of wildflower and shrubs.
Philip Hogg, sales and marketing director with CALA Homes (East), said: “We are excited to be starting Mansefield Lea and are looking forward to welcoming buyers to the development. It offers outstanding connectivity, by road or rail, to Edinburgh, Glasgow and further afield. Likewise, the development will link in with the surrounding community and the town centre is within walking distance whilst Livingston is also just a couple of miles away. The burn also adds extra character and there’ll be a lot of green space too.”
The housebuilder is scheduling a sales office to open in late February and two show homes to launch this summer.
