First Plots And Prices Launched At Winslow Development

Residents in Winslow in Buckinghamshire can now have a first glimpse of the new homes being built at Winslow Park, Bloor Homes’ new development of just 120 energy efficient homes, as the first plots and prices launch online today, Monday 16 October.

Jack Costello, sales director at Bloor Homes’ South Midlands region, says: “We’re taking the unusual step of formally announcing the launch of the first plots and price list because, unsurprisingly, we have had such a lot of interest in our new homes at this fabulous location already and we know demand will be high. Earlier this year, WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Bloor Homes announced that planning permission had been granted for 120 two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes at Winslow Park, which included £1.86m in Section 106 contributions for the market town and its surrounding area. The money will go towards education, sport and leisure facilities, road safety improvements and community transport initiatives. There will also be a new cycle route and play area provided as part of the development.

Located between Oxford and Milton Keynes and surrounded by pretty countryside, the town offers its residents independent shops, cafes, and restaurants as well as access to great schools including Buckinghamshire Grammar School.”
