Over 60% Sold At Warfield Development

Over 60% of the current phase at Woodhurst Park from WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Berkeley has now sold, with a total of 84 plots available in this phase.

Woodhurst Park, located in Warfield in Berkshire, benefited from a number of reservations in the first weeks of the new year.

Prices start from £335,500 for a two-bedroom apartment.
