Construction work has reached the final stages at a new development in Hailsham, where just a few homes now remain on the market.

Just six homes are left to sell at Bellway’s Pelham Place, located at Hellingly Green to the north of the town, where construction is due to be completed this summer.

Bellway’s second phase of 17 properties at Pelham Place is now completely sold out, and the final six homes for sale are within the first phase of homes. They include new two-, three- and four-bedroom houses, as well as two show homes – the three-bedroom ‘Jevington’ and four-bedroom ‘Bearsted’ designs – which will be released for sale shortly.

In total, Bellway is delivering 112 private homes to the new Hellingly Green neighbourhood, which will eventually bring 480 homes to Hailsham.

Mark Harrop, sales director for Bellway Kent, said: “This is the last chance for house-hunters to be able to purchase a home at Pelham Place in Hailsham, as only a few remain on the market. These last six homes represent our final contribution to Hellingly Green, where we’ve been a major developer within the wider scheme.

“The variety of home styles and sizes we have delivered here has meant we have been able to help a range of people find a new home, including first-time buyers and families. Buyers have also seen the benefits of living close to the coast, while still having easy access to London, with Polegate station under five miles away.”

Prices start from £266,995 for the final selection of Bellway homes available at Pelham Place.

With work nearing completion in Hailsham, Bellway is also preparing to launch its new Seaford Grange development in Seaford this summer, with buyers already being advised to register their interest in this development.
