The apartments are designed to be open plan to maximise daylight to all spaces with high ceilings, generous living space throughout, and private amenity space, providing a setting that is both peaceful and inspiring.

Aidan McMahon, an associate in the Baker Street New Homes team at Knight Frank, comments: “Not only are we delighted about the success of Cosway Street so far, but we are incredibly optimistic about its prospects, as this development brings a unique offering to central London’s residential market. The award-winning architecture has appealed to the modern buyer, and the scheme has also done a fantastic job of maintaining its history and architectural values.”

Cosway Street lies within Marylebone, which is an area famous for thriving street markets, boutique shops, trendy bars and world-class restaurants. The development has the choice of two leafy green parks nearby, providing peace and tranquillity among the hustle of bustle of the city, as Regents Park can be accessed in a 10-minute walk and Hyde Park in 20-minutes.

Aidan McMahon continues: “Buyers have been particularly drawn to the development’s excellent location; Marylebone has a unique village charm and is highly sought-after by buyers.”

The development is extremely well-connected, and has three nearby London underground stations, including Marylebone, Baker Street and Edgware Road. After a short walk to Paddington, residents can reach Heathrow Airport within 15 minutes.

Prices at Cosway Street start at £925,000.
