Barratt Developments Yorkshire West, which includes the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, is soon hosting a series of Part Exchange Instant Events across all of its developments in North, West and South Yorkshire.

From Friday 22 September until Sunday 24 September, existing homeowners can attend to find out more about the company’s Part Exchange buying scheme and sign up to an efficient house sale on the same day.

The Part Exchange Guarantee scheme aims to reduce the stress of those looking to sell their home by removing the sales chain. Prospective buyers can use the scheme to sell their existing property to Barratt Developments for a fair market value. If the house sells for more money, the homeowner will receive 100% of any profits made (minus estate agency fees, terms and conditions), guaranteeing a quick sale. Buyers are also able to stay in their home until their new property is ready, making the whole process efficient and straightforward.
