House-hunters considering a brand new home in the growing Countesswells community have a wealth of properties to choose from right now and Barratt Homes has a number of special offers on its available houses there.

Named King's Gallop, the former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year’s collection of three- and four-bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached homes is priced from £289,995. Home-seekers are welcome to book an appointment for a meeting at the sales office there, and a show home is due to be opened at this latest phase soon. An existing Barratt Homes show house from another phase has now been released for sale, fully furnished with upgrades and ready to move into.

Countesswells is just four miles to the west of Aberdeen and in addition to hundreds of new homes will also be delivering future schools, parks, commercial, medical and retail amenities on the doorstep.
