‘Access All Areas’ Scheme Coming To Cheshire

Anwyl Homes is planning a virtual preview and real-life viewings by appointment only to give buyers a true picture of the latest new homes to launch in Handforth.

With a number of properties enjoying views over Styal Golf Course, the housebuilder is building 224 new homes at The Fairways, in one of Cheshire’s most sought-after postcode areas, and it has chosen to showcase a new range of housing designs at this prestigious location and is taking a thoroughly modern approach to launching the homes.

Embracing digital technology, Anwyl is offering ‘Access All Areas’ with a series of films being broadcast across its social media channels from Boxing Day, while three show homes have just been unveiled for viewings by appointment.

“The films will be streamed via our social media platforms from Boxing Day, giving buyers a first glimpse inside the show homes – but going much further. Access All Areas will give buyers a real insight into the development, including some aspects they wouldn’t see during a traditional launch. For example, they will be able to ‘meet’ the interior designers, view our enhanced specification close up, get a feel for the local area and view our brand new house designs and floorplans.

“Of course, we recognise that viewing the real thing is still important and we’re inviting prospective purchasers to make an appointment to see the show homes in person too.”

The Fairways is a development of one- to five-bedroom homes, featuring a choice of apartments, semi-detached and detached homes, on 21 acres of former greenbelt land off Meriton Road. It includes some brand new house designs, developed by Anwyl to better meet the lifestyle demands of its discerning buyers, as well as an uplifted specification.
