Sparks Fly for Electrician at Countryside’s Juniper Grove

Posted 8 January 2019 by Helen Christie

Electrician Martin could tell from just a drawing that he had found his new home at Countryside’s Juniper Grove development...

St Helens’ residents Martin and Linda Hough had been looking to move house for a while and were just waiting for a new development to become available in their area. But one thing they had over other potential buyers was the inside scoop.

Martin is an independent electrical contractor who works for a range of national housebuilders. He comments: “We had been looking for a new home for some time, so when I was given the contract to work on the Countryside’s Juniper Grove development everything just fell into place. As the homes are still being built, there wasn’t any of our chosen house type available to view but having looked at the drawings and the plans for the site we knew that this home was the one we wanted.”

The couple, who were the first to reserve a house at Juniper Grove, have yet to view the four bedroom Oakham home but knowing the quality of Countryside’s developments they made the jump and bought their new house off-plan.

Martin continues: “Having worked with Countryside previously, I know the standard of design and layout of the homes is high. When we visited the sales office, we saw the floors plans for our new home and could see that the open-plan layout was spacious and light - just what we wanted for our family, especially the kitchen, which has skylights and a breakfast bar. But it was the specification that really brought the drawing to life for us.”

Juniper Grove offers a range of three- and four-bedroom homes. Each home comes with a fully fitted bathroom with Porcelanosa tiles and a fully fitted kitchen, complete with integrated appliances, skylight windows and french doors leading out into the garden.

Martin and Linda will be moving into their new home along with their daughter, Katie, and as Martin works on the other properties at Juniper Grove, he will be able to watch the floor plans come to life as his home takes shape.

Martin adds: “They are digging the foundations now and the timber frame will start to be built in the next couple of months. We have had a good experience with the Countryside team; they have done everything to help us secure a mortgage. We can’t wait to see our home progress and eventually move in!”

For more information about the new homes visit junipergrove.co.uk or visit the sales office, Thursday to Monday, 11am to 6pm at Juniper Grove, Cherwell Avenue, St Helens, WA9 4YW.

Prices start at just £194,995, and Help to Buy is available.
