First-time buyer Mattheus Sookoo (30), a production manager at Love Hemp, has secured a home with plenty of room for gaming and entertaining, thanks to the government’s Help to Buy scheme and additional help from his Grandad.

“I moved in at the beginning of August and feel really settled already, I can walk to work in just under ten minutes and I have plenty of space to work from home if needed. Before lockdown, I was a regular gym goer and whilst working from home I have found the living area is a great space to exercise and when the weather has been nice I’ve also been using the balcony!” he continued.
