Part exchange scheme helps Stollerys move to bigger family home

Posted 2 November 2016 by Ben Salisbury

Alex and Jane Stollery used Countryside's Part Exchange scheme to move into a bigger family home at Beaulieu, perfect for their family's needs...

After nine happy years at Countryside’s Beaulieu Park development in Chelmsford, Alex, 36 and Jane Stollery, 35 were looking for a more spacious home to accommodate their family.

The couple and their children Daisy, 7 and Oscar, 5, were all keen to stay within Beaulieu and with the help of Countryside’s Part Exchange scheme were able to move into their dream home at Beaulieu Chase, near Chelmsford

Alex explains: “We love living at Beaulieu and were really happy in our previous house, however we needed to step up to a bigger home to provide more space.

“We have been waiting for the right style and size of house to come along and the four-bedroom Gardino house design was just that.  The spacious ground floor has an open plan kitchen, dining and family area which is an ideal place to spend time with the family, and there is a separate living room to relax and unwind.

Both of the children’s bedrooms have their own en suites, which is a big bonus when it comes to cleaning their teeth at bedtime and will be even better when they become teenagers!  The roof terrace that opens out from both the landing and our master bedroom suite on the second floor was also a big selling point and is used a great deal.”

Alex continues: “Beaulieu has a great location, with everything you need close by and we love the close knit community that has developed.  There is plenty of green space to enjoy and the houses are well spread out, which is not necessarily what you expect from a new build development.  We did look at homes on other developments in the area, but decided Beaulieu was definitely the place to stay.”

Alex adds: “The Part Exchange scheme ensured the moving process was really quick and easy and certainly took the stress out of moving home.  It was so good that we have recommended the scheme to our former neighbour and they are due to move next door to us!”

Beaulieu Chase offers an outstanding collection of stylish modern homes attractively configured along tree-lined streets and garden squares or overlooking an expansive landscaped park known as ‘The Chase’.

Properties are offered in three to five bedroom layouts to suit a range of purchasers and lifestyles and are conveniently located close to the amenities at Beaulieu Square, the new neighbourhood centre that is under construction and that will form the heart of the local community.

Green open spaces play a central role at Beaulieu, helping link the development to its wider environment in Essex. Bordering Beaulieu Chase is one of the main parkland areas, incorporating various landscaped elements such as a recreation area with feature pond, mature oak trees, areas to encourage wildlife, cyclepaths and footpaths that link with the wider development, a village green and a shady area for playing boules.

All of the new residential areas at Beaulieu will be supported by first class amenities that will allow the neighbourhoods to grow and flourish. Two primary schools and a secondary school are planned, as well as sports facilities and community, health and retail amenities, ensuring the development has a vibrant community hub from the outset. Investment in transport connections will also be key to the success of Beaulieu – the scheme includes a site for a new railway station on the East Anglian main line, as well as a new relief road connecting Beaulieu to the A12.

Prices for the four-bedroom 'Gardino' house design at Beaulieu Chase start from £685,000.  For more information please visit www.beaulieu.uk.com or call 01245 209991.
