First Home For Happy Family In Leighton Buzzard
Landscaper Joseph, 34, and will writer Jayde, 41, along with 13-year-old Alivia and their two rabbits Floppy and Shadow, began their search for a new home when they decided it was time for them to own their first family home together.
Joseph says: “Jayde owned her previous home, a three-bedroom, semi-detached property, I moved in with her. We wanted a house together, with space to entertain and have guests visit, and to have more space and a larger driveway and garage. We also needed an extra bedroom for the office.”
Their search took them to Mulberry Homes’ Manor Heath development, which immediately impressed them.
Jayde says: “We went to all the other new housebuilders and Mulberry Homes stood out as being better built, better finished and more professional all round. We liked the fact it was a smaller development, and we loved the layout and the spacing of the houses. The promise of a planned school behind our new home really appealed to us too. The location was ideal as we are from very close by, so our lives are based here. We love that we are not overlooked and that Alivia will be able to walk straight to her school once the path is constructed.”

Joseph adds: “The sales advisors were fantastic, they kept us informed and answered any questions or requests we had very well. We have, and will continue to, speak highly of Mulberry Homes and recommend them to others.”
The family have now happily settled into their four-bedroom Sandringham style home, which meets all of their needs.
Jayde says: “We like that the driveway is undercover, and love all the layouts and spaciousness of the bedrooms. We particularly loved that the second bedroom came with a specially-designed alcove for wardrobe space. Overall, the kitchen is our favourite part of the home, as it has enabled us to have people visit and has changed our lives in the way we had hoped it would.”
