Local electrician finds the perfect home

Posted 23 June 2016 by Helen Christie

Adam Phillips, an electrician based in Kent, has been on the search for the perfect home with his expanding family for months, with both space and convenience at the forefront of their minds...

Busy work schedules and hectic family duties can make it difficult to find the time to commit to a property search.

Adam Phillips says: “New builds are not readily available in Sittingbourne and with older houses coming with high costs and reconstruction needs, time was against us as my partner Samantha is expecting our second child. We were eager to find a home with a high specification that met our ideal requirements.”

Beautifully located in Sittingbourne, Kent, Heron Fields from Hyde New Homes and Westerhill Homes provides a fantastic opportunity for growing space for young families. The first phase of the development comprises spacious three- and four-bedroom homes, including generous gardens. Heron Fields boasts high specifications throughout, including a fully fitted Paula Rosa kitchen, equipped with integrated Indesit appliances.

Adam adds: “We are so impressed with everything at Heron Fields. Having the chance to live and work in such a superb location, and within the perfect home to raise our family - we just had to sign up there and then. We are so lucky to have the playing field close by as well. It will be perfect for my son and I to have a kick-around in when he is a little older.”

Heron Fields is positioned on the peaceful suburban outskirt of Sittingbourne, just a short drive from the town centre of Sittingbourne. Sittingbourne is currently undergoing a significant regeneration, providing many new amenities which are perfect for children’s weekend entertainment, such as the recently opened multiplex cinema. Other aspects of the local area include excellent leisure facilities and a selection of picturesque green spaces. Heron Fields is also in close proximity to a number of well-established schools, presenting a variety of fantastic educational avenues, with Adam adding; “It is so great knowing there are different educational facilities on our doorstep. It will become an important factor for us as we approach the future.”

Adam bought his home through private sale at the development, and is due to move in this August. He says: “Heron Fields is just brilliant and I honestly could not recommend the sales consultants enough. They made the process of securing our new home so straight forward, we simply cannot wait to move in to a house that we know meets our requirements and is impeccably finished.” Adam also added; “Heron Fields met our needs as a busy family with specific standards and provided us with exactly what we were looking for. With time limits upon us, we received all the assistance we needed to ensure we will be in our home before the birth of our second child. We have finally found exactly what we were looking for.”
